OUR MISSION

Why we exist

Jesus in the Circle exists to share the good news, the love and truth of Jesus Christ with softball athletes, families, and the broader softball community by meeting them where they are — on and off the field. Through Christ-centered discipleship, worship, and fellowship, we seek to encourage faith, relieve the pressures of the game and recruiting process, and equip the next generation to live boldly for Christ and to put him at the center in every area of their lives.

OUR VISION

Where we’re headed

To see softball fields across the nation become places where worship and praise, encouragement, and joy is illuminated by athletes, coaches, families, and officials through their faith in Jesus Christ while competing at the highest level of softball.

Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, inerrant, infallible Word of God. The whole Bible, both the Old and New Testaments, are complete and sufficient. There is one true God, existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus is God in His very essence and pre-existed as God in all His glory before His incarnation in time and space. Jesus entered the world through the womb of the Virgin Mary taking on full, yet sinless, humanity. He voluntarily died on the Cross a substitutionary death for man's sin, and then physically rose from the grave three days later. We believe that Salvation occurs when the sinner repents and believes in the Lord Jesus Christ. That person is immediately born again and sealed by the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption, all of his sins are forgiven and he is justified, which is the act of God whereby He declares the believing sinner righteous, based on the finished work of Jesus Christ on the Cross.
